Stakeholder discussion in Mbabane on the cost-benefit assessment for Eswatini

Following the work on rapidly assessing Eswatini's National Development Strategy in collaboration with Dr. Thabo Sacolo and his team at the Eswatini Economic Policy Analysis and Research Centre (ESEPARC), Saleema Razvi and Ralph Nordjo travelled to Mbabane to present and discuss the draft results to a wider group of stakeholders.
The discussion seminar was well attended with representation from the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economic Planning and Development, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Natural Resources & Energy , Ministry of Education & Training, The Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Public Works & Transport, Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Trade, Ministry of ICT, Deputy Prime Ministers Office, Royal Science & Technology Park, PPW and the Centre for Financial Inclusion.
The final report on the rapid cost-benefit assessment of Eswatini's National Development Strategy identifying programs and projects with the most potential for a high social and economic return on investment will be released soon.
