Benefit-cost assessment of Uganda Budget Strategy

In collaboration with the National Planning Authority a traffic-light analysis of the budget strategy has been finalized as input for the budget discusssion. Interventions with high social and economic returns per Shilling spent are marked green, fair return is marked yellow, and poor social and economic return on the Shilling is marked red. Appended are summaries of the academic data and evindence in support of these ratings. The booklet has been distributed in parliament and the ministries.
