Eddy Labossiere

Dr. Eddy Labossiere has a BA in civil engineering from the State University of Haiti, an MBA from the Université de Montreal HEC in Canada, an MA in economics from Florida International University and a PhD in Economics from the City University of New York (CUNY).

After having worked in the Ministry of Planning for 15 years, he provides consultancy services to Parliament, the Central Bank, and the Ministry of Finance. He is also a professor of economics, management and finance at Quisqueya University.

He is the current president of the Association of Haitian Economists.
