Word Cloud of Secretary-General's Synthesis Report

Ban Ki Mon just released his synthesis report "meant to offer some conceptual guidance for the work ahead" with negotiating the development agenda for the next 15 years. In his statement to the General Assembly he stressed the importance of fewer targets:
Let us recall that the Rio+20 outcome declared that the "SDGs should be action-oriented, concise and easy to communicate, limited in number, aspirational, global in nature and universally applicable to all countries while taking into account different national realities, capacities and levels of development and respecting national policies and priorities".
Above are the 150 most common words from the 1,417 words long description of the 'Six essential elements for delivering on the SDGs'. A part from the need for a word cloud to fit the targets on one page, there is strong resemblance to the word cloud we made of the Open Working Group final document.
